trading opportunities at the tithe barn

As part of the Festival we will be holding a Christmas Craft and Food & Drink fair in the Tithe Barn. Craft will be in the main hall and food and drink in the large meeting room. There will be hot food in the car park and refreshments, cakes and cold takeaway food in the entrance hall. 

 

The market will run from 11am - 5pm on Saturday 7th December and 11am - 3.30pm on Sunday 8th December. Table fees are £60 to cover the whole weekend. There are a few double table pitches, which cost £120 for the weekend. There is a £10 discount for traders based in the Parish of Dunster. Traders must drop off their stock in the Barn by 9am, parking will be available, but not at the Tithe Barn as the car park will be used for entertainment.

We are inviting traders who would like to trade in the Christmas Craft or Food & Drink Halls. We are not inviting traders to sell hot or cold food or refreshments for immediate consumption at the Barn as these are being catered for seperately. If you would like to trade, please complete the form below. Spaces are limited - there will be approximately 9 food & drink tables and 29 craft tables (6 of which are pairs of tables).

We have 4 tables available for the food market, we are keen to hear from food providers that would add to those that are already exhibiting, so we are not looking for more providers of cider, apple juice or jams / preserves. We have sufficient traders for the craft market - however, if you would like to go on the reserve list, please complete the form.

This is an application only. We will confirm whether your application is successful and send an invoice for payment.

Terms and Conditions

Stall fees are non-refundable.

Public insurance liability is required and you will be asked to send a copy of your insurance by email or post when you make your payment.

Payment details will be sent to you by email when booking is accepted.

Further information regarding setting up and packing down, your table location and parking details will be sent to you before the event.

Stock can be left in the Barn over Saturday night at the traders risk.

We will try to minimise the number of similar products and stalls, and will layout the Barn so that similar stalls are not adjacent to each other.

Food providers will only be accepted if they are for pre-packed food and drink that is to be consumed away from the Barn and which doesn't require chilling or heating.
